The research design adopted was a descriptive research design. The population of the study consisted of 152 respondents comprising of 114 National Trade Certificate (NTC) III Mechanical Trades (MTs) students and 38 MTs teachers in the 4 State-owned government technical colleges in Plateau and Nasarawa States of Nigeria. A 72 item four-point Likert scale questionnaire was used as the instrument for the study. The instrument was validated by three experts. Research questions and hypotheses were analyzed and tested using mean, standard deviation and the independent samples t-test was used to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The study found that most EM facilities required by teachers and students for instructional delivery were mostly found to be unavailable and inadequate in technical colleges in the two States under the study. The findings also show no significant difference in the availability and adequacy of EM in technical colleges in the two States. It was therefore recommended that government and stakeholders in the two States should collaborate with financial support to acquire and install necessary EM for improved instructional delivery.
